Can you help replace out of date or discontinued motors?
Yes! If you’re looking for a motor that has been discontinued, send us the specs and we will find a qualified replacement.
Do you stock explosion-proof motors?
Of Course! Sourcing and Providing Explosion-proof motors is what we do. We carry many sizes and configurations in stock. If it is not in stock we can find it.
Do you offer motors that meet strict industry standards?
Yes! We offer motors that meet both NEMA and IEC standards, in various configurations and sizes. Just ask.
VFD’s
Can you help choose the right VFD for my motor?
Absolutely! We have years of experience choosing VFDs that work in conjunction with the properly sized motor.
Do you offer VFDs for systems with multiple motors?
We do! We supply a full range of VFDs that are compatible with systems that use multiple motors. No project is too complicated for our team.
Do your VFDs come pre-programmed?
While most customers program their own VFDs we do have the resources to help.
Gearboxes
Can you help size gearboxes?
We Can! We simply need the details like ; motor specs, input/output RPM, torque requirements, mounting preferences, and environmental conditions.
What information do I provide to have a gearbox replaced?
To assist us, provide the nameplate information, the application, HP of the motor as well as mounting style. Pictures of the name plate, gearbox or any other identifying information are also helpful.
Starters and Control Panels
What types starters do you offer?
We offer solutions across the board. From the very simple to more complex combination units and soft starters. We have a starter for almost any industry.
What information is required to design a control panel?
Basically we will need the number of motors being controlled, voltage requirements, horsepower, control method (manual, automatic, VFD, etc.), type of enclosure, and any specific brand or certification preferences. Call or email us and we can walk you through it.
Can you provide panels with UL/cUL certification?
Yes We Can! With the right details we can custom build a UL/cUL certified panel to fit almost any situation. We take a hands on approach so reach out to us for more info.
Mounting Accessories and Components
Do you stock hardware for motor mounting?
We do. Let us know the size of the motor and or mount. If we don’t have it we will get it.
Can you provide replacement cooling fans or covers?
Absolutely! We can supply replacement cooling fans, covers, and other components for many brands and frame sizes. Send us the motor’s nameplate or part number, and we’ll match you with the proper part.
Engineering Assistance
Can your team assist with motor or gearbox sizing?
Definitely! Send us the details, such as load, speed, duty cycle, and mounting details and our team can recommend the right parts for your specific situation.
What is needed for an engineering review and/or recommendation?
Give us a call directly and we will walk through what information we need together. Every project is different. Let’s find a customized solution together.
Can you help cross reference old part numbers or specs?
Of Course! We specialize in taking things off your plate. Send us the nameplate and any other info you have.
